Vania Suazo was born in Honduras and now lives in the Netherlands. She serves as a Management Advisor at ECR EGTC, a European platform that fosters collaboration among national transport authorities to improve safety, fairness, and coordination in road transport across borders.

She is also the founder of Play-Based Projects, a grassroots initiative based in Roatán, Honduras. The school creates inclusive, play-driven learning environments for early childhood and primary school-aged children—encouraging curiosity, creativity, and active community involvement.

Through educational and care  programs, the school helps children grow with confidence and joy.Vania’s work is all about connection and collaboration. Whether she’s helping build partnerships across Europe or supporting playful learning spaces in Roatán, she loves bringing people together to create community-driven projects that inspire curiosity and make a real difference.
