My family has deep roots in the Bay Islands of Honduras, and growing up surrounded by this rich cultural and natural heritage shaped the way I see the world.

Today, I work to protect and share that heritage through cultural and archaeological tourism.

In this talk, I want to explore how tourism—when done responsibly—can help us preserve the identity of the Bay Islands while creating meaningful opportunities for local communities.
